Win44 Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the win44 platform in any form — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the win44 platform immediately. win44 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

The win44 platform may only be used by individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. Registering or using the platform automatically confirms that you meet all stated requirements.

• You are at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• Use of the win44 platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your area of residence.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from using the win44 platform.
• You do not hold more than one active account at win44 at any time.

3Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account at win44. Multiple account registrations — even using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, win44 reserves the right to request the following documents at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the bank account used for transactions.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement from the last three months).
• A selfie with your identity document if requested by the verification team.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the KYC process is completed. win44 guarantees that all collected documents are handled with the highest level of encryption and are not shared with third parties without consent.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for each request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes on business days.
• Win44 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account used for deposits, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the game, including:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the platform's systems.
• Use of VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
